1. Main characteristics of the concept
- Three full meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with the possibility of additional snacks.
- Buffet with a variety of Turkish and international cuisine.
- Unlimited consumption of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during the set opening hours of the bars.
- Themed dinners with a special menu.
- Snacks and light snacks throughout the day.
2. Meal schedule
Main restaurant (buffet)
Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00
The assortment includes omelettes, pastries, cheeses, sausages, fruits, yoghurts, muesli and hot dishes.
Lunch: 12:30 – 14:30
Soups, side dishes, meat and fish dishes, salads and desserts are served.
Dinner: 18:30 – 21:00
Themed menus are offered, including Turkish cuisine. Dress code: smart-casual (trousers, shirts, closed shoes).
Night soup: 23:00 – 00:00
Light snacks and soups for a late snack.
3. Drinks
