By taking advantage of Join UP!'s early booking benefits, you are entitled to one FREE change (hotel, date, room type, or duration) up to 14 days before departure. Your agent will calculate any additional price changes. Additionally, you can make one name change without hassle, ensuring everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Booking and Payment Terms
- Early booking period: until September 30.
- Advance payment: only 10% of the total trip cost.
- Final payment: 14 days before the departure date.
Additional cancellation terms
- 10% more than 14 days before arrival, 100% if cancellation is 14 or fewer days before arrival. Exceptions for Egypt: "Kempinski" (21 days in high season) and "Four Seasons" (20 days in high season).
