The hotel consists of a reception area and 42 two-story buildings. It is divided into three zones: "Preferred Front Area," "Palm Area," and "Sport Area." Preferred Front Area – the main zone, featuring the reception, a freshwater pool, a children's pool, a kids' club, a SPA center, and restaurants. The distance from the residential buildings to the beach is 50–500 meters via a pedestrian walkway. Palm Area – separated from the main area by a road. The distance to the beach is 400–600 meters. Sport Area – includes tennis courts, a diving school, a conference hall, and a casino. The distance to the beach is about 700 meters, crossing a busy road.
