The hotel consists of a main W-shaped three-story building and a complex of one-two-story buildings. The hotel has a total of 326 rooms. Importantly. An additional bed is available for a fee upon request at the reception. Payment is made directly at the hotel (at the reception). A maximum of one additional bed is provided in the room.

- 15.06.2024 - 01.10.2024: beautification of the beach area;
- 01.07.2024 – 01.11.2024: 48 Rooms in the eastern wing of the hotel; 61 Rooms & 3 Suites in the west wing of the hotel;
- 25.06.2024 - 01.10.2024: entrance, lobby, reception, Porte Cochere, Solar Bar, public toilets; main restaurant and kitchen;
- 01.07.2024 – 01.11.2024: swimming pool, pool bar;
- 01.08.2024 - 01.12.2024: 36 Rooms & 7 Suites in the west wing of the hotel;
- 01.10.2024 - 21.12.2024: Italian cuisine restaurant, Club Lounge;
- 01.11.2024 - 01.04.2025: 30 Villas, Vip Pool;
- 07.12.2024 - 21.03.2025: wellness center, children's area;
- 15.02.2025 – 30.05.2025: water sports center;
- 05.01.2025 - 21.03.2025: beach restaurant and bar.
Renovation Updates:
- From 1 October 2024, 142 guest rooms will be completely renovated, offering guests a refreshed and contemporary experience. (Please note that at this stage, it is not guaranteed that all guests will be accommodated in the renovated rooms)
- The fitness centre will be renovated by mid-October 2024
- On 15 September, renovations will commence in several areas from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, including the East Wing guest rooms, reception area, Solar Bar and main restaurants. Suitable alternatives will be available during the renovation period to minimise any disruption:
- The lobby, reception, Porte Cohere will be temporarily relocated to the conference centre;
- Guests can indulge in dining at the Italian Restaurant and Sea View Restaurant;
- The Solar Bar will be relocated to the Royal Suite as an alternative location;
- The 800-meter beach and water park will operate as usual, so that guests can enjoy the amazing atmosphere and relaxation.
