The hotel’s main evening restaurant offers gourmet cuisine prepared according to Madeiran traditions that have existed for centuries. Served in various locations: indoors in the dining room or in the winter garden, or outdoors on the paved terrace, you can enjoy your meal at any time of year. The menu features dishes made from local ingredients, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine with the addition of modern world influences. The restaurant is named after General William Carr Beresford, commander of the British forces and then Governor of Portugal, who resided in Quinta during the occupation of Madeira during the Napoleonic Wars in 1807. The large buffet he left behind serves as a reminder of his stay in the house. Opening hours Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00
