The hotel is located on the famous JBR beach, opposite the modern Dubai Marina complex, and also next to the Sky Dive Dubai parachute center. The hotel consists of two towers (25 and 19 floors), connected by a lobby. All rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, safe and minibar. 05.03.2025 - 01.07.2026ReconstructionSince July 2024, construction of a new high-rise residential tower has been underway next to the hotel. The construction site is located more than 300 meters from the main resort building, providing a significant distance from the main guest areas. All resort facilities are fully operational during this period. The hotel management has taken strict measures to ensure minimal visual and noise impact, thereby maintaining the tranquility and comfort that guests expect.
