The Ultra All Inclusive system includes: • early breakfast, breakfast, lunch, dinner, late dinner and snacks; • local soft drinks and alcoholic beverages: alcoholic beverages are served from 10:00 to 24:00 (lobby bar) and only for persons over 18 years of age; soft drinks - 24 hours a day; • all drinks are served in glasses, goblets or cups; • dinner in à la carte restaurants / theme restaurants (4 à la carte restaurants in the hotel and 4 à la carte restaurants in the partner hotel) - without restriction on the number of visits; advance reservation is required; • daily delivery of bottled water to the room; • tea and coffee making set; • mini-bar - soft drinks (replenished twice during the stay); • freshly squeezed juices for breakfast in the main restaurant; • ice cream; • free access to the services, restaurants and bars of the neighboring partner hotel, as well as to all entertainment activities. The Ultra All Inclusive system does not include: • imported alcoholic beverages; • bottled and canned drinks (both local and imported); • ordering food and drinks to the room; • organization of individual or festive events. Dress code: elegant casual style is mandatory during dinner in the main restaurant and à la carte restaurants. V Prestige: The V Prestige concept at the hotel applies to rooms of higher categories. The concept provides additional exclusive benefits and privileges for guests staying in the following rooms: Deluxe Jacuzzi Room, Deluxe Swim Up Room, Jacuzzi Swim Up Suite, Penthouse Suite, Panoramic Suite. • Fruits, nuts and cookies in the room with daily replenishment • Daily replenishment of the mini-bar (2 cola, 2 Fanta, 2 Sprite, 2 tonic, 2 beer, 2 Galaxy chocolates, nuts) • For category V Prestige – extended (VIP) mini-bar; additionally 1 bottle of wine only for Penthouse, Panoramic Suite and Jacuzzi Swim-Up Suite • Daily turndown service with light snacks and drinks • Children's compliments in the room and with meals • Laundry service – 1 time per stay (express laundry – for an additional fee)
