The hotel is located on the top of the Om El-Seid cliff, from where a breathtaking view of the Tiran Islands and the Red Sea opens. For a comfortable stay, rooms with a modern interior and all necessary amenities are offered. There are restaurants and bars on site, serving dishes and drinks for every taste. The hotel also has swimming pools, a gym, a spa, and sports activities.
In the winter season 2026, the hotel operates under the concept of Adult Friendly (16+). From the summer season 2026, the hotel switches to the concept of Adults Only (16+) and will only accept guests aged 16 and over. Accommodation of persons under 16 years of age is not provided.
The hotel was opened in 2004. The last renovation was in 2015. The hotel undergoes cosmetic repairs as needed.
It consists of the main building and a complex of two-story buildings.
