The complex consists of several buildings, a sun terrace for hotel guests, a cafe, a mini market and a gift shop, all owned by the same owner. Most of the studios offer views of the sea and the nearby resort. A scenic 71-step staircase leads to the beach, as well as a wonderful tavern by the sea and a small coastal path. The stairs and steps are not equipped with mobility aids for persons with disabilities. Customers can use the swimming pool at the Sofia Hotel, 20 meters away, where they can also order food. The complex is located 2 km from the coastal motorway.
