On the ground floor there is a shop with chandeliers, the entrance to the house is separate from the shop. There is a modern lift. All apartments are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove and kettle. The private bathroom comes with a bath or shower. The market colonnade is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
