This resort hotel is located on the beachfront in the Side district. The complex occupies a spacious area of approximately 80,000 m² and boasts a private sandy beach stretching approximately 200 meters. The architecture encompasses several residential buildings of varying categories, surrounded by green areas and promenades. Guests can enjoy several outdoor pools, including a main pool, a pool with a six-slide aqua park, children's pools, a mini aqua park, and an indoor pool during the winter. The approximately 3,000 m² spa center features a Turkish bath, saunas, a steam room, an indoor pool, and a variety of wellness and beauty treatments. For active recreation, guests can enjoy a tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball, mini-football, water gymnastics, table tennis, and entertainment programs. Evening entertainment includes shows, live music, theme parties, and a disco. For children there is a mini-club (4–11 years old) with game programs and a mini-disco.
