The Annex Demar building is part of the Perla Hotel and is located 20 meters from the main hotel building. For accommodation are offered - standard double and triple rooms. It works on a half board basis (organized in the main building of the hotel; breakfast - buffet, dinner - à la carte). 30 m private beach (concrete platform), equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (free). Water sports are offered on the promenade (surcharge). The beach is notable for its comfort and a varied choice of services associated with sea recreation. The beaches of Herceg Novi are within walking distance from the bus station and the main entertainment. Among the services: indoor and outdoor parking, internet and fax, car, bike, boat rental. Near the hotel there is an example of baroque architecture - the Savina monastery of the 11th-18th centuries. Also of interest are the fortresses and bastions of the city - the Citadel, Forte Mare, Kanli Kula, Shpaniola. In the luxurious city park, there are about a hundred species of subtropical and tropical plants and many different types of mimosa.
