This is a modern three storey building built in 2012. There are 2 rooms on each floor, in front of the entrance to the room there is a terrace with table and chairs. For accommodation are offered - 6 double studios. The hotel is located in the town of Petrovac, in the Brezine district. Nearby there is all the necessary infrastructure - shop, market, bank, bus station. 150 m from the city beach, opposite which there are two lovely islands Katic and Sveta Nedelya. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (for a fee). The Lucice beach is located 600 m from the town (signs lead to it).
