The villa is located inthe town of Petrovac, 100 m from the most important facilities: a shop, a market, a bank, a bus station. Located 300 m from the sandy municipal beach, the road goes through the Palas hotel. Water sports are offered on the promenade - for an additional fee. The picturesque Lucice beach is located 500 m from Petrovac. Half board can be ordered at the nearby Pod Lozom restaurant.
